Shipping policy

All items are made to order. As a result, we typically experience a lead time of 5-10 business days. This gives us the proper time to ensure products are built to the highest standards and to ensure quality in our work. If you would like expedited shipping, or have a tight time frame, please contact us directly. Items are typically shipped via USPS Priority, as it is often the most cost effective method for shipping. Larger items may go via UPS, FedEx, or USPS at discretion of shop. Please allow for the appropriate shipping time. Items are typically wrapped in bubble wrap or packaging paper before being placed into a cardboard box for shipping. We do our best to ensure that the package is adequately protected and arrives to you undamaged. When possible, packaging materials and shipping boxes are made from reused or recycled materials.
